Our main contracts usually involve house extensions, loft conversions, garage conversions, basement conversions structural alterations & repairs. Whilst we provide development and building services to the domestic sector, a big part of our customers are developers that will purchase a plot of land and will desire to build one of several properties for sale. Others wish to put an extension or conversion on the existing house.
